Shipping Policy

 

We ship retail skincare products within the United States.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping rates & delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Services & packages: Facials, treatments, and VIP facial packages are services performed in-spa and are not shipped. After purchasing a package, book each session through our online booking. VIP package purchases are final — sessions are transferable with 48 hours' notice and cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

 

Local pickup: Retail products may also be picked up at our Milpitas location — just contact us to arrange.
